Ingredient
: 1 tsp Rasam powder, A pinch turmeric powder,1 tsp ghee 1 tsp muster seeds 1 tsp black gram dal 2 red chilies broken into pieces. Curry leaves.

Ingredients
:

1/2 cup Redgram dal

4 Large Tomatoes(ripe)

5 Cup water

1 tsp black peppar

1 tsp Cumin seeds

2 Garlic Pods 2 tbsp

Tamarind juice or lemon juice Salt to taste

Instructions

Tomato Rasam


Wash dal and put it into pressure cooker and cook them for some time, take the tomatoes and cut into small pieces and add chopped garlic, black pepper, cumin seeds and 1 cup of water grind it properly. And then add cooked dal and grind for 5 more minutes. Take a deep vessel and boil 3 cups of water and add grounded mixture to it. Then add tamarind juice or lemon juice, salt, and turmeric powder. Allow it boil for 5 minutes . Then add rasam powder and curry leaves. And now take small vessel and put ghee and heat it then put black gram dal, Red chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix with dal, tomato mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves. Delicious

Tomato rasam is ready to serve with hot rice.
