Colourful Raita


Ingredients:
*1/4 cup coconut grated
*1/2 cup boondi
*1/4 cup onion chopped
*1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
*4 green chillies
*1 bunch of green coriander
*1 teaspoon salt to taste
*500 gms curd
*1/2 cup paneer grated
*1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder
*1 teaspoon dry mint(pudina)
*1 teaspoon black peeper( kali mirch)
*1 teaspoon rock salt (kala namak)
*1 teaspoon chaat

Method:
Mix all the spices and salt with dahi and whip thorughly. Add paneer, onion, tomatoes, green chillies and pudina. Mix grated coconut and boondi to it and serve.
