Bombay Toast




Ingredients :

bread : 5 slices
milk : 1 cup
egg : 1
sugar : 2 tbsp
butter : 1 tbsp

Method :

1. Beat together egg, milk and sugar to a batter.
2. Heat a pan and spread a little butter.
3. Dip a slice of bread in the batter and fry till golden brown turning it once on either side.
4. Careful not to break the bread.
5. Can be used as breakfast or evening snack.
