Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1/4 kg (with bones)
- Small Onion - 3 to 5 (crushed)
- Garlic - 3 (crushed)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
- Pepper powder - 3/4 tspn (or to taste)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
- Gingelly Oil - 1 tspn
Recipe:
- Add all the ingredients together in a vessel. Bring this to boil once.
- Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then drain the soup and serve hot with a tspn of Oil on top.
